Guest Parking Agreement
Waiver, Hold Harmless, and Indemnification — please read carefully. You must accept before a pass is issued.
By checking “I have read and agree” and submitting this registration, I (the person completing this
form) and the vehicle owner acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Non-Resident Vehicle. The vehicle is not owned by or registered to a resident of the
Association. If this condition is violated, the vehicle will be towed and impounded at the vehicle owner’s
or operator’s expense.
- Compliance with Association Rules. The vehicle and its operator will comply with all
regulations set forth in the Governing Documents of the Association, including, without limitation,
prohibitions on large vehicles, commercial vehicles, and parking on any street or on any portion of any
sidewalk.
- Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnification. I and the vehicle owner release, hold harmless,
and indemnify Madison Place of Pompano Beach Homeowners Association, Inc., and its employees, contractors, and
vendors, from any and all damages, incidents, claims, wrongful towing, or other circumstances arising from the
parking of this or any other vehicle on the grounds of the Association. I/we further understand and agree that
all parking is at my/our own risk.
- Revocation. This registration may be revoked by Madison Place of Pompano Beach Homeowners
Association, Inc. with or without notice. If notice is given, it may be provided by email, text message,
telephone call (including voicemail), or by posting notice at the Address.
- No Back-In Parking. Vehicles must be parked head-in, with the license plate visible from the
street. Any vehicle backed into a guest parking space will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- No Exceptions. No verbal exception, and no other exception not documented on an original
form bearing an original signature, may be granted.
Additional Terms
Objection or Rejection. If this registration is objected to or rejected, you will be notified
by email, text message, or telephone, or by a notice posted at the Address provided.
Falsification. Any falsification — including omission — of any fact on this form may result in
the vehicle being towed and impounded at the vehicle owner’s or operator’s expense, and may constitute
a violation of the Governing Documents of the Association.
Valid Registration Required. Vehicle registration must be valid in order to park.
Availability. Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the
number of guest spaces available.
